We have been informed of an interim order issued by the Government of India regarding blocking a total 118 apps and games which include four games from our publishing account YOOZOO Global:
1. Ludo All Star
2. Carrom Friends
3. Bike Racing
4. Rangers of Oblivion
We have been informed that we will be given opportunity to explain the reasons for this order, and also given opportunity to submit our reply and clarify. We will fully co-operate with the authorities in this process and act as per Indian law.
Our players welfare and data security is our number one priority. We take the issue of user privacy very seriously at YOOZOO - regardless of the country our players play in.
Ludo All Star, Carrom Friends and Bike Racing are all developed and maintained in India. In these games, users are always given a choice to not create an account and play as a guest or even play offline, protecting personal data.
We will be working with our colleagues and game development partners in India to oversee a quick and smooth decommissioning of these games in the India region to act in accordance with the interim orders of the Government of India.
We sincerely apologise to all players affected and appreciate your understanding. We will remain open and transparent with our players throughout this process.
